1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our floral preservation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services Description
Pressed Petal Artistry specialises in preserving and encapsulating floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, anniversaries, and special events. We aim to provide a high-quality and aesthetically pleasing preservation service for our customers.
3. Ordering Process
a. To place an order: If your date is available, Pressed Petal Artistry will send you a contract to sign along with an invoice for the deposit of $150 which secures your booking date. This deposit also covers the pressing and caring for your flowers when they arrive. This deposit is non-refundable after 48 hours of placing the booking.
The deposit amount comes out of the final total amount. This deposit is made after confirming the date is available – to confirm send an Enquiry form with your Wedding Date, Location and your contact details
Final payment is due on confirmation of frame choice.
b. You must provide accurate information about the floral arrangement, including size, type of flowers, and any specific instructions.
c. Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of placement, and a cancellation fee may apply.
4. Floral Preservation Process
a. Flower Condition: Pressed Petal Artistry cannot guarantee the condition of the flowers provided for preservation. The success of preservation depends on the quality and condition of the flowers at the time of processing. (See Section 6 d.)
b. Alterations: We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to the arrangement for preservation purposes. Any significant alterations will be communicated with the customer.
5. Shipping and Delivery
a. Shipping: Is calculated based on the product’s weight and overall size. All Shipping costs are Customers responsibility and at their expense.
Pressed Petal Artistry recommends that large timber glass framed bridal frames are door to door couriered. Commissioned pressed floral original artwork postage will be calculated on an individual basis. (Tracking details will be provided.)
b. Shipping Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Pressed Petal Artistry is not responsible for any delays or issues arising from incorrect addresses.
c. Delivery times: Estimated delivery times will be communicated upon order confirmation. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances may occur.
6. Returns and Refunds
a. Quality Guarantee: We strive to provide a high-quality preservation service. If you are not satisfied with the preserved arrangement, please contact [email protected] within 24hrs of receiving the product.
b. What do I do if my item arrives broken?
All due care is taken to package your framed florals, but in the rare event that your item arrives broken please Contact us within 24 hours via email. You will need to include a photo of the packaging and the damaged item. Because products are so unique I will discuss whether an alternate product is made or a refund is given for custom floral art frames.
c. Refunds are not available for change of mind.
d. Pressed Petal Artistry will not accept any responsibility for bouquets received in a condition not suitable to be pressed. (Bouquet in poor condition – ie received too late after event / not packed as per packing details) Bouquets will be discarded at this point and Customer will be advised.
7. Use of image: You agree that Pressed Petal Artistry may use images of the completed frame for marketing purposes.
8. Privacy policy:
a. Personal Information: Pressed Petal Artistry may collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy (details below). By using our services, you (The customer) agree to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy.
